Over the years we have worked closely with the Patagonia retail team to create unique local identities for their flagship stores across the US, as well as printed in-store collateral items, environmental graphics, product / apparel designs, and event promotions. The goals for each retail project are always centered around community building, the natural habitat of the region, and shining a light on local environmental issues.
Working with Matt and Ron over years has always been a bright spot. I often call on them to create bespoke artwork for our retail stores – work that will hopefully resonate with the local community. They nail it each time, ultimately translating the Patagonia brand into an engaging and locally relevant design. One of my favorites is a print map of the LA area that ties together both our Pasadena and Santa Monica locations. It’s an artful piece, but one that’s super useful, too!
